Cancellation Policy

Free Events: A $25 fee will apply to all members who do not show or fail to cancel at least 72 hours prior to the start of the event for which they have registered.  Cancellations will be accepted in writing only - emailed to macblane@cnyrealtor.com.  Once received, you will be sent a confirmation of the cancellation.  Failing to cancel hinders other members from registering.

Events that require payment:

If a request for a refund is received less than 72 hours prior to the event no refund will be granted. NO EXCEPTIONS.

Classes: Requests for cancellation must be received in writing NO LATER THAN 72 HOURS PRIOR to the class to avoid a $25 penalty. REFUNDS: If a written cancellation request is received less than 72 hours prior, a refund less a $25 processing fee will be granted. No refunds will be granted after the start of the course.
