New York Existing Home Sales Rise 8 Percent in October. Sales of existing single-family homes in New York jumped nearly 8 percent in October, compared to the previous month. That's according to preliminary sales data from the New York Association of Realtors (NYSAR).

 

Syracuse named 27 of Forty Strongest US Metro Economies. A combination of stable home prices and sizable sectors in health care, energy, government, and education kept these metropolitan areas relatively stable.
