If you are in the market to buy a home in the Syracuse area make sure to take advantage of these free public workshops put on by area professionals.
“Syracuse Homes: Buying Now Makes $ense.”
Saturday, September 27, 11 am-12 pm / Dewitt Community Library in Shoppingtown Mall
The public is invited to learn about buying a home in Syracuse from among Central New York’s top real estate industry professionals – REALTOR, mortgage banker, attorney and home inspector, and local grants and financing expert. “What you read about real estate market conditions in the national press is clearly not what’s happening here in Syracuse,” says Don Radke, a 33-year veteran of the Central New York professional real estate community.
DeWitt Community Library located below the ShoppingTown Mall Food Court at street level
Resource material and information for home buyers and sellers will be made available. A question and answer period and buffet lunch follows the panel discussion. Seating for this event is very limited and will fill up fast, so please call the library at 446-3578 or visit www.dewilb.org to register. Registration is encouraged.
