Election Information

 

There are 5 open positions for GSAR Director positions for 2012.

 

The election will take place at the GSAR office, for two weeks. Voting starts October 20th, and ends November 2nd. Simply stop in to the GSAR office, between 9am and 4pm to cast your vote. You will need to sign the master list at the front desk.

 

The election results will be announced at the Member Social on November 3rd. The Social is "Gourmet Soups" - from 12-1:30pm. Click here to register for the Social.

The results will also be posted on the MLXchange Message of the Day screen, as well as on cnyREALTOR.com.

Expand your client base by gaining an understanding of investment terms, concepts and calculations.  Use this knowledge to guide your clients through the real estate investment process.  HP10BII calculator provided for class use.  This program is one of nine required to earn the GRI designation.  It is recommended that you complete the RI403 (Financing to Increase Homeownership) prior to taking this class.

Small Bottles.....Big Help.......

Help GSAR do something big for the community by collecting something little!

 

We know that our members travel a lot during the summer months, so you have access to sample sizes of toiletries that get discarded if you don't need them. These sample items can go a long way toward helping local charities!

Now through October, we will be collecting as many small toiletries as possible, and donating them to Vera House, and the Dorothy Day House. Both of these are local charities that can really use these types of donations! They must be unused bottles/bars of soap, shampoo, lotion, shower gel, toothpaste, etc.

The member that collects the most bottles and brings them in will receive 22.5 hours of FREE CE for 2012! This is a $270 value!

Article 7 imposes an ethical obligation that may go beyond the requirements of state law.  A REALTOR® may never accept compensation from more than one party without the informed consent of all parties.  Only through adequate prior disclosure can the parties be fully aware of any potential conflicts of interest that may affect their ability or willingness to rely on the objectivity of the REALTOR®'s advice and counsel.
