$43.20 including tax for 15 months of membership, plus a second membership card for another household member.

 

We only do these sign-ups quarterly, and you cannot get this deal in the store. So, if you have a current membership that expires before December, renew with this deal and it will just extend your current membership out 15 months.

Article 3: Cooperate with other real estate professionals to advance your client's best interests. Article 3 obligates REALTORS® to cooperate with their competitors on mutually agreed upon terms when it is in the best interest of the client. This obligation promotes harmonious teamwork by competitors to the benefit of buyers/tenants and sellers/lessors.  The real estate market is best served when individuals with a variety of skills and resources work together.

 

Disclose the existence of accepted offers, including offers with unresolved contingencies, to brokers seeking to cooperate on your listing (Standard of Practice 3-6; Case Interpretation 3-10).

 

Avoid misrepresenting the availability of property listed with your firm (Standard of Practice 3-8)

Help GSAR do something big for the community by collecting something little!

 

We know that our members travel a lot during the summer months, so you have access to sample sizes of toiletries that get discarded if you don't need them. These sample items can go a long way toward helping local charities!

Now through October, we will be collecting as many small toiletries as possible, and donating them to Vera House, and the Dorothy Day House. Both of these are local charities that can really use these types of donations! They must be unused bottles/bars of soap, shampoo, lotion, shower gel, toothpaste, etc.

The member that collects the most bottles and brings them in will receive 22.5 hours of FREE CE for 2012! This is a $270 value!
