The Everything You Need to Know About... courses examine environmental issues raised in the purchase and sale of homes. Stephen focuses on the types of inspections available, any governmental regulations or guidelines for these inspections and strategies for identifying the need for them early and communicating them to the purchasers and sellers. Class discussion will include where these substances are commonly found as well as exposure pathways.
The Cayuga County Association of REALTORS will co-sponsor and host " Radon Training for Real Estate Professionals" presented by Rutgers University on June 4th from 9:00 A.M. to 4:00 P.M. at the Auburn Holiday Inn.

This class will provide 6 hours of CE Creditfor only $35.00 per person.

The 45 Hour Broker Qualifying Course begins October 9th. If you took the 45 hour salesperson course, you will have to complete a 30 hour remedial course in addition to the 45 hour broker course in order to apply for the broker license. Presented by the Downtown Committee of Syracuse, the 2012 Downtown Living Tour is scheduled for Saturday, May 19th, Noon - 6 pm.
The Downtown Living Tour, in its 6th year, will showcase a wide variety of residential spaces as well as some of downtown's cultural venues!
